CarCovers.com Announces Their 3rd Annual Essay Scholarship Winner

After running their 3^rd annual scholarship essay contest CarCovers.com has found a real passion for aiding college students with creativity, imagination and a passion with the costs of higher education. Congratulations to our newest contest winner who took home this year's $1,000 scholarship prize.

Miranda G. of Spokane, Washington took on the challenge of our essay which asks how students to write an essay on “How to Make Your Car Last Forever.” M.G. stated; “I struggled between a practical-average job, to a magical-money maker, to safe (somewhere in the middle) as my measuring system for what I wanted to be when I "grew up". Finally, I gave up stressing about my future and decided to follow my heart; my heart lead me to English. I have a passion for writing and a fire for activism. An English degree gives me the academic credentials needed to obtain a career position where I can make my voice heard whether it be through journalism or nonfiction.”

Her passion for writing shined and her essay really gave us insight into the mind of Miranda. How she as a student and a wife has to plan to be a responsible car owner, prepare her family's finances for the added costs of ownership, and then proactively maintain the vehicle to keep it running well and in top mechanical condition. She also shared ways to keep the vessel cosmetically sound as well.

Her insights are a benefit to all who know her. CarCovers.com CEO J.
