The project will be launched in June. Totally government received six proposals from local and international firms, one of which will take place next year.

Singapore government is always trying to make life in the city better. By all accounts, Singapore now has the most elaborate, sophisticated and well-developed structure of public transport. It consists of bus routes, subway lines, system of high-speed trains (MRT), railway, route and ordinary taxis.

Metro runs from 05:30 to 24:00 on weekdays and from 6 am to midnight on weekends and holidays. Metro allows easy and quick access to anywhere in the city, it consists of two main lines: the north-south and east-west, and the stations scattered throughout the city. Intervals trains of 3 to 8 minutes.

High-speed train system (MRT) - is the most modern passenger service, all trains are equipped with air-conditioners and stations are located in all parts of Singapore. Interval of trains is 3 to 8 minutes. In terms of fare there are different tariff zones, ticket are bought in special vending machines in accordance with the tariff scheme, they must be maintained until the end of the trip. There is a one-day travel card for tourists, it costs 10 Singapore dollars, it can make up to 12 trips a day, and the price does not depend on the distance. There is such a ticket for buses.

Buses and trolley buses are air-conditioned and can be without air conditioning - respectively, the fare on them will be different. Payment can be made to the driver, or you can buy a special electronic travel card, which is more convenient, as no change is given. Trolleys appeared in Singapore recently, their route is not big.

Taxis are usually the most convenient, but also the most expensive way to get around the city. Stop the machine at any time and in any place, you need only to raise his hand. All cabs are the air-conditioned, drivers speak English, and the payment is made over the counter.

Transport system is an important part of life of city and business as well. You don’t want to be late for an important meeting because of bad traffic. Singapore improves every day, not surprisingly that it is recognized as the best country for doing business for 10th straight year.
