Pointe Claire, Quebec ( prnob) July 24, 2017 - Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, was named Passives Distributor of the Year 2016 by Vishay for the Americas. Future Electronics was also named Semiconductor Distributor of the Year 2016 and Full Service Distributor of the Year 2016.

The announcement was made at the recent Electronic Distribution Show (EDS) held at The Mirage in Las Vegas.
