LONG BEACH, CA – April 5, 2017 -- Riviera Advisors (www.RivieraAdvisors.com), an industry leader in internal staffing and recruiting process consulting, announced today that renowned staffing and recruiting expert Ginny Eagle has joined the company as Principal. In addition, Riviera Advisors Associate Principal, Brad Loewen has been elevated to Principal.
Both Eagle and Loewen will be responsible for developing and executing corporate client engagements in the areas of strategic talent acquisition management, as well as improving and enhancing internal corporate recruiting and staffing processes and systems, including customized training for recruiting teams. Eagle will be based in the Seattle, Washington Area and Loewen will continue to be based in the Dallas, Texas Area.
Ms. Eagle joins Riviera Advisors most recently from Vertafore, a leader in technologies for the insurance industry, where she recently led Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations. With deep Talent Acquisition expertise including leading large, corporate recruiting teams across multiple industries and designing and implementing the recruiting function in start-up environments, Ginny specializes in recruitment process redesign and training. In her past career, Ginny led the Talent Acquisition function at AT&T Wireless, Philips Electronics, Safeco Insurance, T-Mobile, Vestas Wind Systems as well as a several small software companies. Having had visibility to these different businesses has provided a strong foundation of knowledge and experience.
Mr. Loewen joined Riviera Advisors in early 2016 as an Associate Principal, focused on the support of a very large project based in North Texas. In addition, Mr. Loewen supported several large talent acquisition transformation projects in the financial services, insurance, and automobile industries on behalf of Riviera Advisors.
Mr. Loewen Initially starting his career in the recruiting field with EDS Corporation, Brad has held progressively increasing responsibilities leading recruiting for such companies as Burlington Northern Railroad, EDS Management Consulting, CompuCom Systems, Ernst & Young, CapGemini, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, McAfee, OGE Energy, and Fiserv. Notably, during Brad’s more than 7 years with affiliates of Ernst & Young, Brad led such important functions as Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Productivity Tools, Data Analysis, Recruiting Training, and others for large teams across several geographies in the US.
