How can you enjoy the xp-rates with free runescape 2007 gold on RSorder 10.31?

About the xp-rates, i would like to see either a buff to all or any slayer xp coming from all monsters, but only when you have achieved 99 slayer. Like that, progression would become faster from 99 to be able to 120, but 99 would certainly still take the normal timeframe. I would expect a growth by 100% to osrs gold be able to 200% in slayer xp. Another way should be to introduce several fresh mobs at/over stage 99 with great rates, like 5 times the common xp below 99. Ultimate point: I realize many players, that have already achieved 120 slayer will complain in regards to the update when that hits, simply because the xp-rates should change, buth as everybody will inform you, you chose to attend 120 knowing there was clearly no benefit, and you also still get fresh content, which must offer some early on money-making methods.

Creating a new infrastructure/servers, splitting up teams/hiring new programmers, even searching with an old version with the game from the period around would cost big money initially as well as as time passes.
