PODS Enterprises, LLC, a leading moving and storage provider, received a 2016 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award for the third year in a row. The accolade demonstrates PODS’ long-term commitment to its customers.

The Confirmit ACE Awards program celebrates outstanding achievement in using voice of the customer data to improve the customer experience.

 “In 2015, we received 54,000 Sales & Service Center and over 50,000post-experience survey responses, which were used to enhance our operations over the course of 2015 and 2016. This feedback has provided us with important customer insights and led to innovative refinements in the overall PODS experience,” explains Sherry Johnson, PODS’ Customer Experience Manager. “The most significant actions taken by PODS as a result of the feedback include the implementation of container tags with loading instructions, launch of web surveys to assist in redesigning the web experience, and implementation of a thorough follow-up process to ensure all customer inquiries are properly addressed.”
