It notes a visitor’s preferences and choices, so not only is it providing real-time A/B testing, it is also streamlining the visitors’ experience. In other words, a visitor’s experience can be different EVERY time they visit the website.

For example the Concierge can determine someone’s visiting frequency and make suggestions about things they may have missed since their last visit.  Some menu selections may not be relevant on repeat visits and are automatically hidden, or the Concierge can alert the visitor as to specials and promotions that match their interests.

The database provides invaluable data and marketing feedback to the website owner, far more extensive then number of clicks or hits on pages.

For example, where appropriate, the Concierge can directly poll the customer with a simple question such as:  “what time of year do you take holidays?” This provides invaluable information for establishing a customer profile and for informing future marketing initiatives.

The Concierge is a helpful presence, sensing if the visitor is struggling with a process. For example, they can ask if the visitor needs help. They are never intrusive however and by a simple click of a button the Concierge immediately disappears. Equally a single click will also bring the Concierge back on demand at any time.
