Teenagers Abroad Introduces 2015 Summer Scholarship Contest

Teenagers Abroad, a leading international language organization that specializes in sending young travelers to select destinations around the world is happy to announce the launch of its annual summer scholarship in which a motivated young mind will get the opportunity to study abroad for one month (airfare not included) in a city of his/her choice.

The inspiration behind the scholarship is to encourage teenagers to break the regular summer routine by facilitating a fun, thought-inspiring competition with an educational and culturally immersive prize. Applicants are asked to submit an evocative photo collage or short video that accentuates their personality through an entertaining, passionate and creative piece. “Contributing to internationalization and the global community is our most achievable goal and by providing our top quality product simply by rewarding creativity is extremely gratifying” says one scholarship representative. “It’s not about just giving away a free language course, but more so about trying to engage with this young demographic by introducing different cultures and the life skills that can be supplemented as a result”.

Teenagers Abroad, along with its sister company, Languages Abroad have been operating as language travel pioneers for over 30 years.  With the unique opportunity that combines an intensive language program with culturally immersive activities, young travelers and students can experience top destinations around the world while developing integral language skills; an asset being sought at increasing rates by international employers and organizations. Applicants are asked to submit their video or photo collage by May 1, 2015. A winner will then be selected by May 15, 2015. Based on promotional awareness and number of entries, Teenagers Abroad vows to introduce a second scholarship that would send a winner abroad this coming fall season.
