Phoenix, AZ, October 18, 2016 -- The Matrix’s Flipping Females are sponsoring another wine and cheese event Thursday, October 27 at one of their investment properties located at: 1826 W Vista Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021-7936. Please remember, this is for the ladies only! The Flipping Females is a wing of the Matrix Investor Network sponsored by some of the their top real estate investing pros; who happen to be women. Flipping a house is when real estate investors purchase houses, fix them up a bit, and then resell them for a profit some time later.
