Renowned Yoga Institute Organizes An Intensive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In India

Highly-rated Yoga Ashram, Ayur Yoga Eco Ashram India is delighted to announce the opening of registration for an intensive 200 hour Yoga training class. The training is specially designed to help participants tap into the numerous benefits of Yoga through structured teaching by highly experienced tutors. Participants would be exposed to the spiritual teachings and practices of traditional Hatha Yoga in a serene, awe-inspiring environment in South India. Furthermore there would be practical classes that would serve as an avenue for participants to put what they have learnt into practice.

The professional yoga instructors would handle small groups of participants consisting of a maximum of 30 people per group, with a trainer-participant ratio of not more than 1:5. The 200 hours of yoga training in India would span over a period of 30 days. The training curriculum is structured to cover the following areas

• Teaching methodology
• Yoga anatomy and Ayurveda
• Philosophy, lifestyle and ethics
• Practicum

Interested individuals must have been practicing Yoga for at least two years and must be physically fit to handle at least four hours of daily practice. Participants should also prepare to take an exam to test the knowledge gained from the detailed theory classes. Importantly, participants should be ready for physical, mental, and spiritual exercises that would give them the ultimate Yoga experience.  

The Yoga teacher training course is designed to be a ‘train the trainers’ program. The science and practice of Yoga would be demystified to the participants, with special focus on germane techniques such as breathing and awareness meditation. Beyond the physical aspects of Yoga, the course would also help participants imbibe a practical philosophy to live an enlightened life in the society. 

The course begins 1^st September, 2018 & at AyurYoga Eco Ashram nearby Mysore, India.  At the end of the training course, participants would be presented with a professional Yoga Teacher Certification, recognized by Yoga Alliance. Simply put, you would be qualified to teach yoga professionally all over world. This, however, doesn’t mean the training is designed for intending Yoga teachers only. The detoxifying and enriching effect of Yoga is highly beneficial to all and sundry and participants would be equipped with these skills.
