Swiss Federal Court recognizes Switzerland’s Treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - ( PRnob.com ) Press Release, Honolulu, HI (July 12, 2015) - The Swiss Federal Criminal Court recognizes Switzerland’s treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom, observing that the 1864 treaty was never cancelled and that Hawaii was never annexed. The court also identified certain present and past officials of the State of Hawaii for alleged war crimes. Protests in Hawaii is escalating with protesters demanding that John Kerry come out in person to show the Treaty of Annexation.

A Mauri Circuit Court judge also ruled that the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and native Americas are now pushing for justice on the illegal occupation of Hawaii by America. Supporting the cause, Emily Nashoba Dykes, a trans woman native American and proclaimed politician in the United States has petitioned the American Government to vacate the illegal occupation of Hawaii. Reacting to this, Ashton Carter, Secretary of Defense, United States said that Hawaii will never get compensation.

The US congressional joint resolution that had annexed Hawaii during the Spanish American War during 1898 stated that the existing treaties with foreign nations by Hawaii stand void and may be replaced by treaties as may exist or as may be hereafter be concluded between the United States and such foreign nations.

The Swiss Court was not swayed by the remarks and stood by its observation that the treaty between Hawaii and the Swiss Government was never cancelled. Professor Williamson B.C. Chang, a professor of law at the University of Hawaii in Manoa also observed that the US never acquired Hawaii neither in 1898 nor thereafter. He also observed that the Swiss Court is directly contradicts the official position of the US in Hawaii. Protests are mounting with petition to the US Government being made for arresting protesters and against the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope. War crimes have also been filed by others and American flags have been taken down as a mark of protest.
