Kadhiravan and Prasanna were both working for ADP and have been seeing the world of job seeker’s problems every day as a part of their job.
Attending Interview and not receiving feedback is as frustrating, that depress people in our community. It started with me personally applying for jobs in order to relocate to Bangalore and hasn’t heard from any of the employers (only 2 have responded out of 400).
The journey of the founders started that month and they’ve quit the jobs from ADP to start the venture.
Having the site launched on 19th Oct’15, the start-up is aiming to roll out few innovative and next generation resumes this month end.
The founders believe that the below features would be brand new in India.
· Video Pitch (Short introduction of resume in Video format) as “Vpitch”.
· Audio Pitch (Short introduction of resume in Audio format).
The Team is also working on contributors and employers platform that’d change the way of job seekers and employers looking at a job.
These platforms are set to go live by Jan’16 and would create at-least 10000 jobs directly in India in the next 3 years.
