Unique ID Blocks are essential for giving a unique identity to each OMR sheet. In case of OMR answer sheets, this ID is generally the candidate roll no, and in case of OMR forms, the unique ID is typically the serial no. or the form no. Unique IDs can either be digitally printed numbers or can even be a barcode.

Test ID Blocks are introduced in OMR answer sheets to help the software recall the test definition and thus evaluate the sheets as per the corresponding defined test parameters.
