CAMMS to showcase BPM expertise to NSW LG professionals

CAMMS will showcase its Business Process Management expertise and Business Improvement and Service Review tool RevuMap at LG Finance 2015 in Hunter Valley.

Local Governments worldwide are faced with budget cuts and pressure to demonstrate financial sustainability. In the meantime, Councils in NSW are striving to adhere to the State Government’s “Fit for the Future” challenge.

Accordingly, LG Finance 2015 organised by Local Government Professionals Australia, NSW from 20^th to the 23^rd of May 2015, focuses on increasing knowledge and understanding of issues confronting local government.

Global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) Solution provider, CAMMS, will demonstrate to Councils its capabilities in identifying bottlenecks in their service delivery processes through effective Service and Sustainability Reviews.

CAMMS will also be showcasing Business Improvement and Service Review tool RevuMap. Consistent with service review philosophy and focus within local governments in NSW, RevuMap simplifies process improvement projects to achieve increased productivity. Its functionality further links business improvement to performance reporting and Strategy Execution.

Additionally, CAMMS MD, Joe Collins will, in line with current challenges NSW Councils face, speak to Council professionals on “Service Reviews – A critical tool, fit for the future!”  

“As service delivery costs rise rapidly and budgets get tighter, it is critical that service delivery processes are efficient so that LG can still deliver on their objectives. Service Review is an important tool that will help Councils follow the ‘Fit for the Future’ framework and achieve sustainability,” says Collins.

LG Professionals, NSW strives to shape the future of NSW local government by building networks and offering knowledge sharing through events such as the LG Finance Conference.

Last year LG Professionals, NSW partnered with CAMMS to offer productivity improvements to Councils in NSW through RevuMap.
