Interactive boot camp to help them create action plan for business growth and success

The Andrea Lee Consulting Firm has launched a Leadership Training and Certification Seminar targeting small business owners in Austin, Texas.The one day seminar, scheduled for March 28, 2015, is a highly interactive boot camp that will guide participants to develop the skills to manage their businesses effectively. The seminar will be conducted by Certified Life and Business Coaches Bea Baylor and Dr. Andrea Lee. The program includes exploring the five practices of exemplary leadership skills and taking steps to keep staff and customers happy.

“The goal of this seminar is to help small business owners recognize their own leadership strengths and the areas that need improvement. We will work through an action plan to understand your organization’s strategic direction and learn how to search for opportunities to take the risks necessary to grow and succeed in business,” States Ms. Baylor.

Through self-studies, PowerPoint presentations, group exercises, along with various question and answer sessions, participants will be exposed to definitions and theories of leadership, learn about different leadership styles, as well as how to create an action plan to achieve business and personal goals. The program will be delivered in one session with participants will earn a certification at the end of the training.

Ms. Baylor is the founder of Baylor’s Business Consulting Firm, an author and motivational speaker that was featured in Renewed Magazine for her great work in helping women to find their passion and purpose through her ministry called Journey to Healing Ministry. Ms. Baylor is a Certified Performance Coach who specializes in helping business owners unlock authentic leadership skills to achieve success. She earned her degree in nursing, owned her own home health agency in Austin Texas, she also open two successful home health agencies in the Austin area. Ms. Baylor currently manages the Texas location of Andrea Lee Consulting Firm.
