Jersey Shore Secrets to Be Divulged On Walking Tours

2015 Ghosts & Legends Tour season starts May 29

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Asbury Park, NJ (June 02, 2015) – The inquisitive and the hopeful will join together in this year’s Ghosts and Legends walking tour season hosted by Paranormal Books & Curiosities (PBC). The inquisitive are sure to be satisfied with the detailed Asbury Park history shared during each tour, but whether those who are hopeful to catch a glimpse of one of the city’s former residents will be rewarded remains unknown.

PBC kicks off their eighth Ghosts& Legends tour season May 29 and May 30 at 8 pm. In addition to their popular Ghosts of the Boardwalk and Downtown Asbury Park tours, PBC is adding a new Walk of Fame afternoon tour this year, which will feature tales of the famous and infamous who have walked the streets of the City by the Sea over the course of its 140-year history. Tours will be Friday & Saturday through June and then Thursday-Sunday until labor day.

“We take history seriously and we take hauntings seriously,” says PBC owner Kathy Kelly, “but we don't take ourselves too seriously. PBC is passionate about Asbury Park and excited to start another season. This year we will guide our 10,000th tour attendee through the city!”

Tour participants will travel back through history to visit the scene of a ghastly crime and uncover the truth about Asbury Park’s most notorious ghosts. All tours feature local legends and history as well as tales from PBC’s firsthand local ghost hunting expeditions.
