With decades of experience in engineering, public service, and academia, he remains committed to promoting knowledge, digital progress, and opportunities for future generations.

Pedro Sebastião Teta has served in several leadership roles, including Vice Minister for Science and Technology, Vice Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, and Secretary of State for Information Technology. In these positions, he contributed to projects that supported Angola’s technological advancement and strengthened access to information and communication technologies.
Today, his work focuses on encouraging the development of skills and knowledge that can help countries adapt to changing economic and technological demands. As a Full Professor at Agostinho Neto University, he has worked closely with students and researchers, gaining firsthand insight into the importance of preparing young people for careers in science and technology.
