The accolade demonstrates PODS’ long-term commitment to customer service, customer support, partner support and charitable support.

The Confirmit ACE Awards program celebrates outstanding achievement in Voice of the Customer and customer experience. Receiving a Confirmit ACE Award is a distinct honor that demonstrates the recipient’s rigorous application of customer experience processes, and its outstanding performance as measured by those processes. PODS earned the Confirmit ACE Award based on their commitment to listening to, understanding, and solving customer’s moving and storage problems. PODS’ Voice of the Customer program measures satisfaction on over 30 different aspects of the customer’s experience, enabling both employees and franchises to view and act on both real-time issues and ongoing trends. By listening and continually improving their processes, the percentage of customers giving PODS a 5 on a scale of 1-5 increased by 2.7% from 2013 to 2014.
