As a child Megan felt extremely shy and was anxious about things at school. She experienced her first major anxiety attack around the age of 18. She described it as feeling like she was having a heart attack and couldn’t breathe.
The practitioners at The Perth Brain Centre, which includes psychologists and other experts in brain-based therapies, see many people like Megan.
