Carl David Ceder, Attorney at Law, has been selected and recognized for the second consecutive year as a 2015 Texas Rising Star Attorney in the field of "Criminal Defense" by the Texas Monthly Magazine.  This achievement is only given and awarded to 2.5% of all attorneys, and is distinction only bestowed to those who undergo a rigorous selection process.
