Rafferty Subaru's Love Promise to Their Community

On June 22,  at the Rafferty Subaru Dealership on 4700 West Chester Pike, Rafferty Subaru will present a check of $12,735 to Cuddle My Kids Foundation and $4,156 to Partners in Outreach. As part of the Love Promise initiative at Rafferty Subaru, the dealership chose these two foundations to donate to during November 16, 2016, to January 2, 2017.  People who bought new Subarus were given a choice of either Cuddle My Kids or Partners in Outreach for Rafferty to donate a percentage of the purchase. Rafferty Subaru loves helping their community, specifically children and families in need.

The Subaru Love Promise is Subaru's commitment to making the world a better place.  Subaru has divided this into five categories, Subaru Loves Pets, Subaru Loves the Earth, Subaru Loves Learning, Subaru Loves to Help, and Subaru Loves to Care.  Rafferty Subaru chose two categories, the Loves Learning, and the Loves to Help.  As a part of Loves to Help, Cuddles My Kids, is a foundation that helps the children of parents with cancer.  The organization aims to provide in-home, no-cost support for cancer patients and their families. Their goal is to be caring and nurturing to all members of the families with whom we interact, to respect the individual needs and

circumstances of each family, to nurture the children in need, to protect the privacy of each family and to promote positive expression and creativity.

The foundation Partners in Outreach exemplifies the Love Learning cause.  It promotes learning and reading for children.  They provide reading centers, books and book bags to children in need.  It is their goal, to ensure children do not grow up illiterate.  It was established in 2010 by the Chester County citizens. The program is 100% volunteer based with less than 2% administrative costs. Their mission is to provide compassion in moments of need; recognizing opportunities, and inspiring both those who give and those who receive. Their goal is to foster relationships, facilitate partnerships and provide opportunities to serve others with love, integrity, and humility.
