RevuMap to drive Gwydir Shire Council’s “Fit for the Future” initiative

23rd July 2015, PRnob.com Press Release, New England – Amidst stringent ‘Fit for the Future’ reforms, Gwydir Shire Council has selected CAMMS Service Review and business improvement solution RevuMap, to spearhead its journey towards sustainability.

Through a partnership between CAMMS and LG Professionals New South Wales, Gwydir Shire Council was introduced to RevuMap to combat the challenge of accurately profiling, costing and communicating service levels throughout the organisation. With RevuMap, Council will now be able to analyse service levels and delivery and drive continual improvement that will help them deliver on their community vision.

Local Government in NSW is at a critical juncture with looming amalgamation proposals and strict regulations calling on councils to be financially sustainable and ensure a strong system of local government in the state. LG Professionals New South Wales partnered with CAMMS last year to offer RevuMap to Councils as it is consistent with the service review philosophy and focus of NSW local governments.
