Toshiba announces its latest TZ1000 series of ApP Lite processors

The new processors are specifically designed for the low-power performance, which is vital to ensure a longer battery life for wearable devices. The high-performance ARM core with DSP and floating-point processing unit enables combining data from multiple sensors, both internal and external, to enhance accuracy.

Toshiba is further growing its program of systematic solutions for the TZ1000 series with the expansion of software algorithms that can be functional to measuring weak biomedical signals, such as pulse and ECG.
